Soft Pretzels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. warm water (105~ to 115~)
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. margarine, melted but not hot
    2 eggs (one for dough, one for top)
    6 c. unsifted flour (approximate)
    coarse salt
Preparation
    Mix the water, yeast, sugar, margarine, 1 egg and 3 cups of flour together.
    Then work in the remaining 3 cups as needed until the dough is stiff.
    Refrigerate the dough 2 to 24 hours.
