Barbecued Hamburger - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 lb. hamburger (I use more)
1 Tbsp. fat
1/4 c. catsup
3 Tbsp. vinegar
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. mustard
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. tomato sauce
dash of Tabasco (optional)
Preparation

Brown green pepper, onion and hamburger in a tablespoon of fat.
Add remaining ingredients and simmer 1/2 hour.
Serve on hamburger buns.
Can be kept in refrigerator several days.
Heat before serving.
