Chocolate Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 stick margarine, melted
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix together and bake in 9 x 13-inch pan at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
    Top with the following topping.
