Chicken Cordon Bleu - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 skinned, deboned chicken breasts
8 slices slightly cooked bacon
1 (4 oz.) pkg. chipped beef
1 (10.5 oz.) can undiluted cream of chicken soup
1/2 pt. sour cream
8 oz. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cover bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch casserole dish with chipped beef.
Wrap each chicken breast with a slice of bacon and arrange in dish.
Mix soup and sour cream together and pour over chicken.
Bake at 275\u00b0, uncovered, for approximately 3 hours. Twenty minutes before baking is finished, sprinkle cheese over chicken and finish cooking.
Serves 8.
