Shrimp And Lobster Bouillabaisse - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 1/2 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 (8 oz.) bottle clam juice
    3 medium size leeks, sliced (1 c.)
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. Cajun seasoning
    1 tsp. finely shredded orange peel
    8 oz. fresh or frozen lobster tail
    6 oz. peeled and deveined shrimp
    4 slices French bread, toasted
    snipped, fresh parsley
Preparation
    In a 5-quart Dutch oven, combine tomatoes, broth, clam juice, leeks, water, Cajun seasoning and orange peel.
    Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 10 minutes.
