Ingredients

2 c. sour cream
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1/4 c. sliced maraschino cherries
1/4 c. chopped pecans
1 medium banana, sliced
Preparation

Blend sour cream, lemon juice, sugar and salt. Stir in pineapple, cherries, pecans and banana. Pour into 1-quart mold. Cover and freeze. Thaw at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving.
