Frito Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. Velveeta cheese
    5 Tbsp. Pet milk
    1 head lettuce
    2 tomatoes
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. Fritos
    1 avocado
    6 green onions, diced
    1/2 tsp. Tabasco
    dash of garlic salt and pepper
Preparation
    Melt cheese in milk over very low heat or in a double boiler. Keep warm.
    Combine lettuce, tomatoes, onions, avocado and Tabasco sauce.
    Season with pepper and garlic salt.
    Add Fritos.
    Toss well.
    Pour melted cheese mixture over salad.
    Toss and serve.
