Health Nut Brown Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. shredded carrot
    1/2 c. shredded zucchini
    3 Tbsp. sunflower seeds
    3 Tbsp. sliced almonds
    1 tsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. parsley, snipped
    3 c. cooked brown rice, cooked in chicken broth
    1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
Preparation
    Cook carrot, zucchini, sunflower seeds, almonds and pepper flakes in margarine in large skillet over medium-high heat until almonds are browned.
    Add rice and parsley; stir until heated.
