Crab Louis - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. crab meat
romaine and red leaf lettuce, shredded
2 eggs, hard-cooked and diced
2 Tbsp. chopped chives
2 large tomatoes, cut in wedges
Preparation

Combine crab and lettuce in large salad bowl.
Sprinkle with eggs and chives.
Garnish with tomato wedges.
