Sweet Potato Williamsburg - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sweet potatoes
    3/4 c. light brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. heavy whipping cream
    1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in salted water.
    Peel and mash.
    Then stir in sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
    Just before serving, fold in cream and pecans.
