Spinach Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. spinach (leaf lettuce can be used)
    1 small onion
    8 large mushrooms
    1 c. vegetable oil
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/2 c. white sugar
    2 Tbsp. white wine (optional)
    1 Tbsp. Bac*Os or bacon bits
Preparation
    Rinse and dry
    spinach.
    Tear
    into pieces and place in salad bowl.
    Add\tonion rings and sliced mushrooms.
    Heat oil, vinegar, sugar, wine
    and Bac*Os.
    Pour over spinach while hot and serve.
