1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
1 1/3 c. chopped nuts
1 c. powdered sugar
2 large pkg. instant chocolate pudding
3 1/3 c. whole rich milk
shaved chocolate candy bar
1 1/2 c. plain flour
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip
Cool Whip topping
Preparation

Mix together the margarine, flour and nuts; put in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 until browned (10 or 15 minutes). Cool.
