Squash Au Gratin - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 oz.) can Sunshine yellow cut squash, drained
1 c. sliced onion
1 c. crumbled crackers or bread crumbs
3 Tbsp. margarine or butter
Preparation

Saute onions in butter until tender.
Arrange half the squash in buttered baking dish.
Cover with half the onions.
Repeat. Sprinkle with crumbs.
Dot with butter.
Bake at 400\u00b0 about 15 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.
