Sandra'S Very Rock Road Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate pieces
    1 (10 oz.) can mixed nuts
    2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1/4 c. butter
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In a 2-quart glass mixing bowl, cook sugar, 1 cup marshmallows, milk and butter in the microwave on High for 4 1/2 to 6 minutes until melted, stirring once during cooking. Stir; cook another 1 1/2 minutes. Stir in chocolate and vanilla until smooth. Fold in nuts and remaining marshmallows. Spread in a foil-lined pan. Size depends on how thick you want the fudge. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into pieces.
