Chicken Hawaiian - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer chicken, cut up
    flour
    salt
    pepper
    1 small can sliced pineapple
    1 medium onion, sliced
    oil
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Drain pineapple and reserve juice.
    Salt, pepper and flour chicken pieces.
    Brown chicken in oil; remove to a baking dish. Flour and brown pineapple slices.
    Place over chicken.
    Flour and brown onion slices; place over chicken and pineapple.
    Pour pineapple juice and water over chicken.
    Bake 1 hour and 15 minutes at 375\u00b0.
