Sliced Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium potatoes
1 tsp. salt
2 to 3 Tbsp. melted butter
2 to 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh herbs such as parsley, chives, thyme or sage or 2 to 3 tsp. dried herbs
4 Tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Peel potatoes if skins are tough, otherwise wash and rinse them.
Cut potatoes into thin slices, but do not cut all the way through.
Put potatoes in a baking dish.
Fan them slightly. Sprinkle with salt and drizzle with butter.
Sprinkle with herbs. Bake potatoes at 425\u00b0 for about 50 minutes.
Remove from oven. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake potatoes for another 10 to 15 minutes, until lightly browned, cheese is melted and potatoes are soft inside.
