Baked Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 cooked potatoes, peeled and diced
    1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/4 c. sliced stuffed olives
    1 lb. American or Velveeta cheese, diced
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 lb. fried bacon, crumbled
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, cheese, mayonnaise, onion, salt and pepper. Place in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Top with bacon and olives. Bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0.
    Serves 12.
