Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1 c. butter or margarine, softened
2 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. vanilla or rum flavoring
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. finely chopped red and green candied cherries
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
1 c. flaked coconut
Preparation

Cream sugar and butter until fluffy.
Blend in milk and flavoring.
Stir in flour, cherries and nuts.
Form dough into three seven-inch rolls.
Roll in coconut to coat outside or stir coconut into dough instead of using it as a coating.
Chill thoroughly.
