Classic Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. light corn syrup
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. pecans
1 deep dish pie shell
Preparation

Preheat oven and baking sheet to 350\u00b0.
In large bowl stir eggs, corn syrup, sugar, margarine and vanilla until well blended. Stir in pecans.
Pour into pastry shell and place pie on baking sheet in oven.
Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.
Cool on wire rack.
Serves 8.
