Holiday Eggnog - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 beaten egg yolks
    5 stiffly beaten egg whites
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 to 3 c. bourbon
    1/2 c. rum
    2 pt. milk
    1 c. whipped heavy cream
    nutmeg
Preparation
    In large bowl, combine yolks with sugar gradually, beating constantly.
    Stir in bourbon and rum gradually.
    Fold in milk, egg whites and cream.
    Pour into punch bowl and chill.
    Garnish with nutmeg when ready to serve.
    Yields 20 punch cups.
