Morning Glory Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. plain flour
2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
1 c. canola oil
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. grated carrots
1/2 c. coconut, grated
3 eggs, beaten
1 apple, grated (not peeled)
1 Tbsp. grated orange rind
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and bake in greased muffin tins for about 15 to 18 minutes at 350\u00b0.
