Dills Into Sweet Pickles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. dill pickles
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. mixed pickling spices
Preparation
    Drain juice from dill pickles.
    Into large bowl, slice pickles 1/4 inch thick.
    Add sugar, vinegar and spices.
    (Spices are to be tied in two thin cloth bags.)
    Stir gently.
    Let stand at room temperature until sugar dissolves and makes own syrup.
