Apple Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. chopped, peeled apples
    3 c. plain flour
    2 1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cloves
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    2/3 c. raisins
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Generously grease 2 loaf pans or 16 muffin pans.
    Sift dry ingredients together; add oil, eggs, apples, vanilla, raisins and pecans to dry ingredients and mix well.
    Pour
    into
    pans.
    Bake
    until
    toothpick
    inserted
    in center comes
    out
    clean, about 1 hour for loaf pans and 30 to 45 minutes
    for
    muffins.
    Cool 10 minutes;
    remove from pans. Cool completely before slicing.
    Refrigerate.
