Apple Tuna Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, drained
    1 small apple, halved, seeds removed and chopped (1 c.)
    1/4 c. low-fat vanilla yogurt
    1 tsp. mustard
    1 tsp. honey
    6 slices whole wheat bread
    3 iceberg lettuce leaves
Preparation
    Combine tuna, apple, yogurt, mustard and honey.
    Spread 1/2 cup mixture on 3 bread slices.
    Top each with lettuce leaf with remaining bread.
    Place on cutting board and cut sandwiches in half.
