Potato Latkes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large potatoes
    1 large onion
    3/4 c. flour
    pinch of salt
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Grate potatoes and onion.
    Mix in flour and pinch of salt. Blend together.
    Beat eggs into mixture.
    Let stand about 5 minutes.
    Drop tablespoons of batter into 1/8-inch of hot fat or oil.
    In a large skillet.
    Brown on both sides.
