Lo-Cal Taco Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 (1 oz.) crescent rolls
1 lb. ground turkey
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 Tbsp. instant beef bouillon
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, grated
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. tomato paste
2 Tbsp. chopped bell pepper
Preparation

Press rolls into pie pan.
Brown turkey; add bouillon, onion and pepper.
Add tomato paste, water and taco seasoning.
Mix well.
Put 1/2 turkey mix on crust.
Sprinkle with 1/2 cheese. Add remaining turkey mix.
Top with remaining cheese.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
Makes 8 servings.
Each serving provides 1 bread, 2 1/2 meat and 5 optional calories.
