Chinese Chicken (Pork) And Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. uncooked rice
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 stalk celery, cut diagonally
1 Tbsp. salad oil
3/4 c. water
1 tsp. chicken bouillon (1 cube)
2 tsp. soy sauce
1 c. cut up chicken or pork
1/2 c. green pepper (optional)
Preparation

Cook and stir rice, onion and celery in oil over medium heat until rice is golden brown.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Heat to boiling, stirring.
Reduce heat, cover tightly and simmer 12 to 15 minutes.
Stir in pepper the last 5 minutes.
