Cream Of Celery Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 slice bacon
3 to 4 Tbsp. butter
2 c. chopped celery
1 potato
1 large onion
1 Tbsp. flour
2 c. water and chicken stock
1 bay leaf
sprigs of parsley
pinch of thyme

Preparation

Simmer for an hour after celery has been cooked until done.
