Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground round
    1 c. onion, finely chopped
    1/2 c. long grain rice, cooked
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 egg white
    vegetable cooking spray
    1 3/4 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    2 (13 3/4 oz.) can no salt added beef broth
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    3 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl; stir well.
    Divide mixture into 6 equal portions; shape each portion into a 1-inch thick patty.
