Whole Grain Buttermilk Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. whole wheat flour
    1/4 c. oat bran
    1 Tbsp. cornmeal
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 eggs, separated
    2 Tbsp. corn oil
    nonstick cooking spray
Preparation
    In a medium bowl combine flour, oat bran, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt.
    Combine buttermilk, egg yolks and oil.
    In a clean large bowl, beat egg whites with mixer on high speed until they form stiff peaks.
    Combine buttermilk mixture with the flour mixture.
    Fold in egg whites.
