Mashed Potatoes And Cream Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 lb. potatoes (9 large)
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
2 tsp. onion salt
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
-
Cook peeled potatoes until tender.
Whip potatoes.
Add remaining ingredients in order given.
Blend well.
Pour into baking dish.
Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Keeps two weeks in refrigerator.
