E Z Italian Chicken Breasts - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless chicken breasts
    1 can Italian bread crumbs
    1 egg
    1/3 c. milk
    6 Tbsp. olive oil
    slices Provolone or Swiss cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Blend egg and milk with fork; dip meat in milk mixture and then deluge in bread crumbs to which you may want to add salt and/or pepper.
    After coating chicken, refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight.
