    1/4 lb. butter
    1 c. sugar
    2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    2 eggs
    1 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. English walnuts
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
