Nutty Yam Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 large sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. milk
2 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Cook sweet potatoes in boiling water until tender.
Mash sweet potatoes while hot.
Add sugar, butter, cinnamon and nutmeg; mix well.
Beat in milk and eggs and whip with electric mixer.
Put into greased 3-quart casserole dish.
