Rice Frittata(Casserole) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (7.2 oz.) pkg. Rice-A-Roni herb and butter
    3 c. chopped zucchini
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Prepare Rice-A-Roni mix as package directs.
    Stir in remaining ingredients.
    Pour into greased 11 x 7-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
