Baked Fish Fillets - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 or 2 lb. fish fillets (perch, whitings, flounder; your choice)
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    bread crumbs (plain)
    butter
Preparation
    Dip fish in salted milk, then in bread crumbs.
    Place fish in well-greased baking pan.
    Dot over with small pieces of butter.
