Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    2 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. flour
    4 eggs
    juice of 2 lemons
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    In mixer, cream butter and sugar; add flour.
    Add eggs one at a time; beat until lemon colored.
    Add lemon juice.
    Pour into unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Rich!
    Serve in small pieces.
