Spicy Mexican Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 or 3 lb.) fryer
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 c. chopped onion
    3/4 c. chicken broth
    2 c. grated cheese
    1 pkg. plain Doritos
Preparation
    Cook chicken, debone and cut in small pieces.
    Place Doritos in a 9 1/2 x 9 1/2-inch baking dish.
    Mix ingredients together with part of cheese.
    Pour onto Doritos; cover with rest of cheese.
    Can use more cheese, if you like.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 35 minutes. Very good covered dish meal.
