Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. mashed, cooked sweet potatoes
3/4 stick margarine
1 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon flavoring

Preparation

Stir all ingredients together. Pour into an uncooked pie crust. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes until done.
