Sugarless Apple Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) can frozen apple juice concentrate
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    salt to taste
    5 large apples, peeled and sliced
    recipe for two-crust pie pastry
    melted margarine
Preparation
    Heat apple juice with cornstarch in a saucepan, stirring constantly.
    Stir in next 3 ingredients.
    Pour over apples in bowl, mixing carefully.
    Spoon into pastry-lined pie plate.
    Cover with
    remaining pastry.
    Brush with melted butter.
    Bake in a moderate oven until golden brown.
