Chicken Booyah - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 chicken
1/2 Tbsp. salt
2 qt. water
1 c. finely sliced potatoes
1 1/2 c. finely sliced carrots
1 c. sliced celery
1/2 diced onion
chopped cabbage (about 2 to 3 c.)
1 small can tomatoes
1/2 c. Minute rice
dried parsley
1 c. noodles
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
Preparation

Place in kettle chicken, salt and water and cook until chicken is tender.
While chicken is cooking, prepare potatoes, carrots, celery, onion and cabbage.
When chicken is tender, remove from liquid to cool.
Place prepared vegetables in broth and cook until tender.
Add the following and cook until tender:
tomatoes, Minute rice, parsley, noodles, pepper and seasoned salt.
Remove chicken from bones and cut into pieces.
Add chicken to soup.
Soup may be thinned with water, if necessary.
Season with salt and pepper to taste when eating.
