Broccoli And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. butter
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. Minute rice
    1/2 c. Cheez Whiz
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Saute onion in 1/4 cup butter in skillet until tender and golden.
    Cook broccoli using package directions; drain well. Combine sauteed onion, broccoli, soup, rice, Cheez Whiz and milk in bowl; mix well.
    Spoon into greased 2-quart casserole.
    Toss crumbs with melted butter in small bowl; sprinkle over broccoli mixture.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly and golden brown on top.
