Rice Salad(Perfect For Picnics) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 small green onions
    2 celery stalks
    1/4 c. parsley
    1 green pepper
    1 to 3 jars or cans artichoke hearts to taste (save juice)
    1/4 c. stuffed olive
    rice
    chicken broth
    1/2 c. or more mayonnaise
    1 tsp. curry powder
Preparation
    Chop or cut up small the first 6 ingredients.
    Cook rice (enough for 6 servings or 1 cup) in chicken broth.
    Mix artichoke juice with mayonnaise and curry powder.
    Mix well and chill.
