Mushroom Potatoes(Makes 6 Servings) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can cream of mushroom soup (condensed, undiluted)
1/2 c. skim milk
1 large onion, chopped
4 medium potatoes, cooked, peeled and diced
paprika
Preparation

In a bowl, combine soup, milk and onions. Stir in the potatoes. Pour into a 1 1/2-quart baking dish that has been coated with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
