Ingredients

1 c. chilled whipping cream
1 1/2 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Preparation

In small mixer bowl, combine cream, confectioners sugar and vanilla. Beat until stiff.
Serve cold.
Yields 2 cups.
