Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 c. cooked squash or zucchini
    3/4 stick butter or margarine
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. evaporated milk
    2 c. O.T.C. crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Mash cooked squash (drain off water before mashing).
    Add other ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into greased casserole. Sprinkle cheese over top.
    Bake 40 to 45 minutes.
