Microwave Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    3 c. sugar
    1 qt. buttermilk
    5 c. all-purpose flour
    1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1 c. oil
    4 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. salt
    1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran cereal
    extra raisins (if desired)
    chopped nuts (if desired)
Preparation
    In a large bowl, beat eggs and sugar; stir in buttermilk.
    Add other ingredients and mix well.
    Let batter set in refrigerator for 24 hours before using.
    Will keep up to 6 weeks under refrigeration.
