Peanut Brittle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. lite corn syrup
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 bag uncooked peanuts
    1 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Cut pineapple in quarters, lengthwise, with crown (leaves) intact.
    Remove fruit from shell by slicing 1/4 to 1/2-inch above shell, leaving about an inch of fruit at each end.
    Fill shell with chicken, tuna or fruit salad.
    With toothpicks, fasten 1/2-inch slices of pineapple to side of \"boat\" to make outrigger.
