Play Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. plain flour
1/2 c. salt
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 Tbsp. oil
1 c. water

Preparation

Mix and cook on medium heat until it forms a ball.
Roll with flour until it feels good.
