Old Fashioned Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. diced mixed fruit
    1 1/4 c. seedless raisins
    1 1/4 c. golden raisins
    1 c. chopped pecans, walnuts
    1 c. chopped peanuts
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt, ground cinnamon
    1 tsp. allspice
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. cloves
    1 c. shortening
    1 c. dark brown sugar
    1 c. light brown sugar
    5 eggs
    3/4 c. nectar (apricot)
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients, then add fruit; mix well.
    Add liquid and shortening.
    Cook at 275\u00b0 for 3 to 3 1/2 hours.
